I highly recommend Wirral Laser Rooms to everyone. I attend regular appointments here and have never had a bad experience. The therapists are professional, warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much and they make you feel comfortable and confident. From my telephone consultation with Natalie to the treatments with Danii, the service is second to none! Safe practices enable treatments to continue during these uncertain times with the pandemic. Thank you. Since writing this original review, I have finished my course of Laser Hair removal and return annually for a 'top-up session'. The service is still second to none and I highly recommend Wirral Laser Rooms. Best investment I ever made! ❤️

I cannot recommend Wirral Laser Rooms enough. I had a really awful experience with tattoo laser removal at a previous clinic and was very anxious about trying again somewhere new. Right from the start, Natalie was amazing in reassuring me and managing my expectations. I have received outstanding care from Kinga over the months I have been receiving treatment and I am now exploring other treatments such as cryotherapy for other skin issues. I wish I had found Wirral Laser Rooms sooner and I would never go anywhere else!

This place is such a gem with beautiful and caring owner/staff, the place is gorgeous. I came in with a mole on my chin which popped out from pregnancy, and it was such a breeze from the start to end, I felt so relaxed and calm even during the treatments which was pain free! The next day the mole doubled in size which was normal and then in just a week it went completely down!! It formed into scab but after three weeks it has completely disappeared! I wish I had the courage to get it removed by Wirral Laser Room before my wedding last year! My confidence has boosted right up with it gone and I’m already searching my body for more things to be removed by this place and their lovely staff haha! I will definitely be back for more treatments, and rave about this place. Thank you so so much ladies xxx

Had few sessions so far of IPL, and gone well, both Amy and Kinga amazing, fully knowledgeable of all treatments and products, the most adorable, lovliest ladies I’ve ever met, really put you at ease, as I was very nervous about trying treatments...but given me that bit more confidence in myself. They always try and accommodate dates and times for you. Definitely recommend the Laser rooms, staff wonderful. Thank you.
